Simpliciti Locked Browser & Simld Lite are the easiest, fastest and most economical way to transform your Web site and PC based device for Locked down use or PC kiosk use. This type of use is frequently used for common access PC's where internet usage is provided for users in places such as retail kiosks, libraries, banks, hospitals and clinics as well as universities and schools.

Simpliciti locked browser is ideal for touch screen use, and is an ideal way to supplement IE Kiosk mode to provide additional PC kiosk lockdown and Browser restricted navigation.

Simpliciti Locked Browser is ready to go in minutes. Absolutely no programming required. This is the first (Do it Yourself) solution that delivers the features and functions to make your kiosk or lockdown project successful. You simply provide the Web site. We'll do the rest. Three views exist to provide functionality for both the locked/kiosk user and the key administrator. The setting view and the ability to exit the locked application is only available to the administrator.

The attract view and the locked web view is available to any user.

Navigation and passwords

Navigation: You can navigate the web by the links on the page. The buttons on the top bar are for Back, Forward, Refresh, Print etc. The following keystrokes have been defined for keyboard navigation by the administrator. ----------------------------------------------------------------

Ctrl+S Navigates to the Settings View.

Alt+F4 Exits the application. (password required)

Security and Passwords: Simpliciti Locked Browser is shipped with a pre-configured user and password. The workspace administrator can modify the password and set up additional users and security permissions.

User "admin" with password "demo" is used to change administrator password and perform settings maintenance or exit the application.
